Salina Chalana is a disputes and corporate litigation lawyer. She graduated from Panjab University with a B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) and an MBA (Executive), and has been in active practice since 2015. She regularly appears before courts and tribunals across Punjab and Chandigarh.
Her practice is centred on corporate litigation, with a focus on amalgamations, mergers and demergers, insolvency proceedings, and cases of oppression and mismanagement. She also regularly acts in complex contractual, consumer, and civil disputes.
She is empanelled with Punjab State Industrial Export Corporation (PSIEC), Markfed, and the Department of Local Government, Punjab, and regularly advises these bodies in litigation and related proceedings.
