Ramkrishna Veerendra

Ramkrishna Veerendra has over eight years of experience in commercial arbitration and litigation. He graduated from I.L.S. Law College, Pune, and began his career as a Law Researcher in the chambers of Hon’ble Mr. Justice Rajiv Sahai Endlaw, Judge, High Court of Delhi. He subsequently worked in the chambers of senior counsel and at law firms, focusing on civil and commercial litigation and domestic arbitration. He has represented several public enterprises, including the Airports Authority of India and Power Grid Corporation of India Limited.

He holds a Master’s degree in International Arbitration and Dispute Resolution from the National University of Singapore. He has previously worked with Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co., New Delhi, where he was engaged in international commercial arbitration matters, both ad hoc and institutional.

He is the firm’s Associate Partner based in New Delhi. He appears before the Supreme Court of India and the High Courts of Delhi, Bombay, Calcutta, Karnataka, Allahabad, and Jammu and Kashmir, as well as the National Company Law Tribunal and the Central Administrative Tribunal.

He is a proponent of using artificial intelligence in the field of law (when done right), and having tested multiple legal AI tools, advises AI companies on how they can design their products for the Indian legal market.
